Periodic home inspections of the interior and exterior of the property, including photos and comments on the various parts of the property. Uploaded to the landlord portal and shared with the landlords by e-mail.

Rent Collection

Tenants pay rent online on the portal or by check/cash. The management team verify payment and activate collection procedure if necessary. Filing for non payment at the district court and eviction.
